BL3 series honing tools are used for  2.54-3.05 mm(.100''–.120" ) diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

For example
BL3-100CS : Soft material mandrel
BL3-100CH :Hard material mandrel
BL3-100CB : Soft bronze material mandrel


L3DM45: L3 is BL3/L3 series stones , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.
