BL5 series honing tools

BL5 series honing tools are used for 3.81-4.7mm mm( .150"–.185") diameters, lengths are less than 5 times diameters.

These tools can be used in SUNNEN honing machines and our H series honing machines. We also could use portable hone tools to make some repairing working.

BL5-150CS : Soft material mandrel
BL5-150CH :Hard material mandrel
BL5-150CB : Soft bronze material mandrel


L5DM45: L5 is BL5/L5 series stone , DM is diamond abrasive, 4 is 150 grit abrasive size, 5 is level 5 hardness.

For longer length, we could make custom mandrel as your workpiece.
